Established in 1999, Bayswater has core interests in construction, property and hospitality.
The construction division has completed many government and private projects in Malaysia. Our clients include major government departments and reputable private companies. We are principally engaged in a wide range of construction activities, covering buildings, infrastructures, water supply and mechanical engineering works.
We are committed to fulfil our obligation by delivering the works undertaken within the prescribed time and with high quality. We place strong emphasis on safety in every aspect of operations and it is our target to maintain zero accident at all project sites.
Aiming for more on new ideas and new opportunities
Our aim to diversify our business has brought us to venture into property development. As a contractor, property development is an area where we can fully utilise our experience in construction and bring synergy to the group.
To date, we have successfully completed and handed over numerous residential and commercial developments in Kedah. We have successfully completed building a township in Kota Kenari, Kulim and has brought positive changes to Kulim town development.
We have projects in the pipeline in Northern region and Klang Valley, and we are continuously expanding our property development business. We want to bring more quality developments to places we go and bring positive impact to the local community through our projects.
Bayswater’s hospitality business is in line with the group strategy of sustainable growth. Started with a 98 room hotel in year 2006, we aim to achieve 1,000 rooms by year 2022.
Capitalising on our strong foundation, we are open to new ideas and new opportunities, continuously acquiring new skill and grow Bayswater in the ever challenging business environment.
