Construction is Bayswater’s core business since inception of the group. We are a multi-disciplinary contractor committed to deliver highest standards of quality and performance. Bayswater has a Grade 7 registration with Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) and obtained MS ISO 9001:2008 accreditation by the UKAS in respect of its Quality Management System for the scope of Civil & Structural Construction Services and Mechanical & Electrical Installation Services.

Bayswater construction division’s principal activities are construction of commercial & residential buildings, bridges, road works, reservoirs, pipe laying works and water treatment plant.
Our diverse experience and in-depth knowledge in construction industry have allowed us to undertake projects ranging from conventional contract to design and build turnkey contract.
Our construction division’s strength does not only lie in physical construction capability, we have vast experience in the design of water treatment process. Our philosophy in water treatment works is to design a water treatment plant that is energy efficient, operational at a wide range of raw water turbidity and produce treated water that complies with international World Health Organisation (WHO) water quality standard. We have successfully completed many water treatment projects and feasibility study for water authorities in Malaysia.
