As part of Bayswater, the property division has strong sense of responsibility to deliver product with highest quality to our clients through innovative spirit and sustainable practices. Our drive for excellence has resulted in completion of many successful development projects in Northern Region of Malaysia. We put great emphasis on design, quality and value of our products.
Our flagship township project Kota Kenari in Kulim has 881 units of mixed development. The development has brought positive changes to Kulim Town. Banking on the success in Kulim, work has commenced on the new development project in Lunas. Taman Lunas Indah is set in a matured residential area and strategically located near Butrerworth-Kulim Expressway Lunas toll exit, consists of 176 residential units and with phase one of 85 units completed and CCC obtained. .
At present our property division has on-going development projects in Alor Setar, Kulim and Lunas. We have projects in the pipeline for developments in Klang Valley as well. The division is aggressively searching for land to invest and acquire for new and exciting development. Our aim is to expand beyond Northern Region and be a recognised property developer in the country.
